1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any service provided by 8up ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
